PURLs are generally 3-4 pages - Welcome Page, Survey Page, Update Profile Page and Thank You Page. Anything more than that and the customer will become disinterested.

Review of the Landing Pages
- Welcome Page – Welcomes the PURL recipient by name and is customized to match the print campaign. An offer or incentive could be included on the Welcome Page, which takes the recipient to a Survey Page.
- Survey Page – The offer strategy is designed to entice the respondent to complete a brief survey, provide data relative to their needs and complete or update contact information.
- Update Profile Page – Capture contact information (especially the recipient’s email address). Use the contact information to update your database. The Update Profile Page can also be included on the Welcome Page or the Survey Page.
- Thank You Page – Once the survey has been completed a Thank You Page is generated. This page could contain the offer that can be printed or provide additional information about their inquiry, interests or purchase.
- Thank You Email – Once the Survey has been completed a Thank You Email can be sent to the recipient of the PURL. The Thank You Email could also include a voucher or coupon to print out.
